With an active WordPress Support plan my services are made available to members of your team by email and by pre-scheduled phone or online consultation. These individuals can reach out to me for help completing their WordPress-related tasks on an as-needed basis.
Your team can enjoy support for your WordPress theme, as well as your plugins, and website content. I can help you integrate and use new plugins or website features, fix existing bugs or display issues, or post new or update existing content, and much more.
My WordPress support services start with 6 pre-authorized support users and provide 5 retained support hours weekly, or 10 support hours monthly, with a maximum of 2 concurrent support requests at any given time. Additional supported users, or weekly / monthly hours, can be added to a support plan with agreement modification, subject to availability.
To receive support a pre-authorized support user will request a consultation meeting or email their task request or question to the provided support email address. I will respond to the request Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 5pm pacific time. Meetings can be by phone or via a web-based screen share.
Communication and planning are integral to every coordinated effort. The more I know about a given goal or project the better. With this in mind I’m regularly asked to sit in on my client’s website planning team meetings, so long as my schedule allows, or to review and provide comment on proposed web solutions or efforts.
My WP Support services cover the WordPress core as well as 3rd party themes, child themes, and plugins. I coordinate and collaborate with my client’s internal staff and external vendors (designers, developers, marketing staff, executive staff, etc.) as necessary to fulfill support task requests and projects requirements. I’m also able to assist with website hosting (WHM, cPanel) and domain management.
